- Watches Warranty:
- The warranty covers machine malfunctions or battery issues, excluding damages such as scratches on the watches.
- Please note that watches do not have a warranty for scratches, wear and tear due to use, deterioration due to a lack of care, or other forms of damage resulting from regular use.
- Return and Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 24 hours after delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Once approved, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- The return address and shipping instructions will be provided upon approval of the return or exchange.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
